Really enjoyed the deluxe twin room with cutlery as well as a full kitchen I was given. The location in a particularly good area was perfect and there were a mall and all the major shops nearby. Fast food restaurant Firegrill was 200 metres away from the place.

The beds were best, I slept well. Location: the hotel was close enough to juffair in, all popular restaurants and restaurants on Awal Avenue.

Upon check-in to the hotel we were upgraded to the next higher room class free of charge. The hotel was very clean and the hotel staff were very nice.
I was there during the protests, so it was a little hectic during the riots. Other than that it was ok.

I enjoyed the restruants and the lounges the most. I spent time in the Cosmos lounge every night and dined in the Fareast Seafood Restruant. The staff was courteous and helpfull.
The mini bar was not stocked in my room.

Next morning there was no water, it took them about 3 hours to fix it. This is the only thing i didn't like during my stay
